The Delaware County Sheriff’s Department released information on a couple of minor accidents. On Monday (7/21), a car driven by 21 year old Noah Cyrus Ward of Manchester was traveling west in the 1400 block of 210th street. Ward said they hit a soft spot which caused then to lose control. The car traveled into the south ditch, rolled, and landed on the passenger’s side. There were no injuries. The incident caused 2500 dollars damage to the car.

A Toyota Tundra pickup was side-swiped sometime after 7:00pm Friday, July 25th. The vehicle was legally parked facing south on North Chestnut Street south of West William Street in Edgewood. Officers determined the suspect vehicle was traveling south or turning south onto Chestnut from William, and appeared to have been a large vehicle, but there is no other suspect vehicle information. Damage to the Tundra is estimated at five thousand dollars.
