Delaware County Authorities release information on a number of arrest incidents

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Nicolette Taylor Welch, 25, of Hoffman Estates, IL, and Peyton Christine Hammuck, 26, of Hoffman Estates, IL. Welch was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug (Serious Misdemeanor) and Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st offense (Serious Misdemeanor). Welsh also received a traffic citation for speeding. Hammuck was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug (Serious Misdemeanor) and Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st offense (Serious Misdemeanor). These arrests were made following a traffic stop on Highway 20.

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Robert Gregg Charles, 51, of Manchester. Charles was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). Charles also received a citation for Open Container- Driver 21 years old and older. This arrest was made following a traffic complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 20.

On Sunday, December 14, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jeremy Charles Reddin, 55, of Earlville. Reddin was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 2nd Offense (Aggravated Misdemeanor). Reddin received citations for Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. This arrest was made following a report of a car in the ditch on 270th Avenue near Earlville.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Dillon Lee Graf, 31, of Monticello, on an active arrest warrant for Violation of Probation. Graf was taken into custody from the Jones County Sheriff’s Office.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Friday, December 26, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jesse Dean Holl, 38, of Manchester. Holl was charged with Driving While License Denied (Serious Misdemeanor). Holl was additionally cited for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Driving While License Suspended. This arrest was made following a traffic stop on Highway 38 near Highway 20.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Friday, December 26, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Amanda Lynn Koopman, 39, of Strawberry Point on three active arrest warrants for Violation of Probation. Koopman was taken into custody from the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office.
