Delaware County Authorities release information on a number of recent arrests

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, at approximately 1:10 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Mack Albert Wolfe, 18, of Worthington. Wolfe was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Earlville.

On Sunday, June 14, 2026, at approximately 3:00 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Roemello David Velez, 29, of Crest Hill, IL. Valez was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a traffic stop on Highway 20 between Manchester and Delaware.

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 9:20 AM, Billie Marie Fuller, 29, turned herself into the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office on 4 active arrest warrants for Violation of Probation and 1 active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear.

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Hailey Elizabeth Plathe, 27, of West Union. Plathe was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd or Subsequent (Aggravated Misdemeanor), Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor), and Interference with Official Acts (Simple Misdemeanor). This arrest was made on 145th Street between 120th Avenue and 127th Avenue near Dundee after finding a vehicle in the ditch.

On Friday, June 19, 2026, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jason Allen Pupanek, 50, of Merton, WI. Pupanek was charged with Public Intoxication (Simple Misdemeanor) and Disorderly Conduct Fighting or Violent Behavior (Simple Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a report of an assault at the Tri State Raceway in Earlville.

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, at approximately 8:00 PM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Ryan Kole Feavel, 21, of Waterloo, WI. Feavel was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and received citations for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Speeding. This arrest was made following a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Earlville. After further investigation, at approximately 11:30 PM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested the passenger of the vehicle, Juiliana Luella Gates-Dunn, 20, of Stoughton, WI. Gates-Dunn was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and received a citation for Minor Use of Tobacco or Vapor Product.

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at approximately 1:45 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Nicholas Anthony DeRosa, 23, of Menomonee Falls, WI. DeRosa was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a traffic stop near the intersection of North Franklin Street and Quaker Mill Drive in Manchester.

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at approximately 3:00 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Matthew John Reicher, 40, of Manchester. Reicher was charged with Public Intoxication (Simple Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a report of a male laying in the road on Highway 13 near 275th Street outside of Manchester.
