Delaware County Authorities release information on minor accident and three arrest incidents

No injuries reported in a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on arch 11th at 4:45pm. 65-year old Vannessa Gayle Snow of Manchester was operating a 2016 Chevy Silverado K2500 northbound on 285th Avenue. The vehicle got too close to the soft shoulder, entered the ditch and scraped up against several small trees. No charges were filed.
