Delaware County Authorities release information on minor accidents and three arrest incidents

A Dundee man was charged in connection with a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occured on May 16th at 10:15pm. 59-year old Jeffery Wayne Cook was operating a 2016 Toyota Highlander on East Street. Cook lost control, the vehicle entered the ditch and struck a culvert. No injuries reported and damage totaled two-thousand dollars.

No injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on May 11th at 2:11pm on Iowa Highway 3 and the intersection of 310th Avenue. 61-year old Russel Jay Lau of Dubuque was operating a 2025 Coachman Motor Home westbound. Lau attempted to pass a 2026 CAM Defender Side by Side operated by 49-year old Todd John Bildstein of Dyersville. Bildstein turned south at the same time causing a collision. No injuries were reported and damage totaled 35-hundred dollars.
