On 4/22/2024 at approximately 1 PM the Dubuque County Sheriff's Office along with Sherill, Holy Cross, Asbury, and North Buena Vista Fire Departments responded to 12275 Circle Ridge Rd for the report of smoke coming from a first floor window of the residence. No injuries were reported at the time of this release, and the Red Cross is responding to assist the family. The residence and its contents, valued at approximately $200,000.00, is considered a total loss. The incident is still under investigation, and a follow-up press release will be sent out at a later date.
