Elkader City Council approves removing residency requirements for Police

The Elkader City Council approved removing residency requirements for Police. The Council reviewed the issue and held discussion on the new Police Department Schedule and approved the change.

The Council is currently working on a new map for the Urban Renewal Plan so that it falls in line with state guidelines.
