The National Weather Service in Lacrosse updated their report on the long-track tornado that touched down about 5 miles east-northeast of Waukon Wednesday and continued tracking east-southeast, crossing the Mississippi River. It continued southeast through Crawford County

before lifting just before reaching Boscobel, WI. Nearly continuous tree damage occurred along its path, significant in some areas. Other damage included destruction of some farm outbuildings and minor damage to a few residences. Damage along the length of its nearly 33 mile path was mostly EF0 to EF1 in magnitude, but significant tree damage northeast of Waterville, IA and several power poles snapped north of Eastman, WI provided evidence of confined more intense winds up to 115mph, consistent with low-end EF2 tornado strength. No injuries were reported.
