Fayette Co Parole Violation

On June 18, 2026, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office arrested Kelly Adam Lohrer, age 42 of Oelwein, of a valid Fayette County Warrant for Parole Violation. Lohrer was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he is being held without bond and awaits an initial appearance from a Magistrate Judge. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office.
