Fayette County Arrest and Accident

On September 24, 2025, at 7:24AM the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a report of possible domestic assault at a rural Westgate residence.  When deputies arrived, it was learned that 29-year-old Glenroy Stefand Miller, originally from the Bahamas, had committed an assault the night prior and kept the phone from the victim.  After an investigation, Miller was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury, and Obstruction of emergency Communications.  Miller was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was held for an initial appearance in court.  

On September 24, 2025, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on X Ave. south of 210th Street.  Upon investigation it was learned that a 2010 Ford Focus, operated by a juvenile female, had swerved to miss a deer and lost control, rolling the car into the ditch.  No injuries were reported, and the vehicle is considered to be totaled.
