Fayette County Arrest Report

On August 27^th, 2025, at approximately 7:30pm a Fayette County Deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of 90^th  Street and D Avenue Arlington. Upon investigation the driver of the vehicle Kylie Lee Brummond age 23 of Decorah was found to be operating the motor vehicle with a suspended license. Brummond was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail for Driving While License Suspended. Brummond was held until her initial appearance.

On August 29, 2025 the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 hang up call for a residence in the city of Hawkeye. Once deputies arrived, it was learned that an assault had taken place.  Jennifer Herman, 43 of Hawkeye was arrested and charged with  domestic abuse assault and interference with official acts. She was transported to the Fayette County jail where she will be held until her initial appearance.
