Fayette County OWI Arrest

On June 16^th, 2026, at approximately 5:10 PM  a Fayette County Deputy was notified of suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Center Street, in Elgin. Upon Deputy arrival, it was determined that Spencer Paul Spain, 32 of Elgin was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.  An  investigation was conducted, and Spain was arrested and charged with OWI 1^st Offense. Spencer was transported to the Fayette County jail where he was held for his initial appearance.
