Five people arrested on possession of meth and other charges after search in Oelwein

On January 17th, 2026, at approximately 9:38 pm a Fayette County deputy arrested Nathaniel Jeffery Rohrick age 33 of Oelwein. Nathaniel Rohrick had an active arrest warrant for Failure to appear. During that arrest, the Fayette County deputy also arrested Joshua Paul Wieland age 46 of Oelwein for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense. At approximately 11:14 pm a search warrant was executed at 721 2nd St. NW in Oelwein. During the search warrant it was learned that Nathaniel Rohrick was in violation of an active No-Contact order. Nathaniel Rohrick is currently being charged with, Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense, and Violation of a No-Contact Order. During the search warrant more individuals were charged. Alanda Nevelle Starkey age 41 of Oelwein has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent Offence (Felony). Jeffery Robin Rohrick age 59 of Oelwein is being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent Offense (Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Tashena Larie Boudreau age 39 of Oelwein is being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense. This incident remains under investigation and more charges are pending. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol.
