The Guttenberg City Council approved the first reading of an ordinance for rezoning the former Masonic Temple Building from Single Family Residential to General Office and Retail. Steve and Penny Rausch are interested in turning the building into an Event Space.
The Council approved closing city offices on April 15th for Office Staff Training.
They also approved the purchase of an Envelope Inserter device to be used for city billing at a cost of eight-thousand dollars.
