Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce Announces Annual Ag Appreciation Luncheon Featuring Dr. David Kohl

Manchester, IA — March 2026The Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Annual Ag Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, March 24th, bringing together area producers, ag professionals, and community members for a day of insight, connection, and recognition of the agricultural community.

This year’s event features Dr. David Kohl, Professor Emeritus at Virginia Tech, where he taught in the Department of Agriculture & Applied Economics. Dr. Kohl is a nationally respected speaker, author, and agricultural economist known for his dynamic presentations and deep understanding of global ag trends. The topics of discussion will be, “Thriving in Economic Chaos”, and “Future Proofing your Business”.

The day’s schedule includes:

• 10:00 AM — Breakout Session with Dr. Kohl

• 11:30 AM — Lunch Served

• 12:00 PM — Keynote Address by Dr. Kohl
