Marquette City Council accepts bid for First Street Water Main Project

The Marquette City Council accepted a bid of nearly 696-thousand dollars for the First Street Water Main Project. The only bid submitted was from Pirc Tobin Construction of Anamosa.

The Council approved a bid for street maintenance work in a number of areas in the community at a cost of nearly 108-thousand dollars. That bid was awarded to Fahrner Construction of Wisconsin.
