Monona City Council approves funding for the Monona Chamber and Economic Development Group

The Monona City Council approved the annual funding for the Monona Chamber and Economic Development group for 16-thousand dollars.
The Council approved installation of the K9 and Prisoner Transport system not to exceed 10-thousand-seven-hundred dollars.
The Council changed the February Council meetings to the second and fourth Monday of the month and will now be held on February 9th and 23rd.
The Council approved lower rental rates for the Community Center. The fees for 51 to 100-people drops from $200 down to $100. Fees for over 100-people drops from $400 down to $200. They established a fee of $300 for an event with 200-more people.
