October 9th Scores--NFV pulls away late. Scores are posted!
North Fayette/Valley kept their playoff hopes alive with a 35-21 Homecoming win over Forest City. Brooxton Lundgren carried the ball 25-times for 181-yards and three touchdowns. Lundgren had scoring runs of 9, 4, and 19-yards. Ryan Griffith added 129-yards on 19-carries. Griffith also added a 22-scoring reception. Dayne Wymer passed for one touchdown and scored the final points on a 14-yard boot. For Forest City, Miles Douglas completed 11 of 20-passes for 226-yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Colin Thompson had six-receptions for 187-yards and had scoring receptions of 76, 3, and 70. Forest City falls to 0 and 7, 0 and 4 in the District. NFV improves to 3 and 4, 1 and 3 in the District.
