One Person Arrested After Attempting to Flee from a Fayette County Deputy

On September 16^th, 2026, at approximately 6:30 pm a Fayette County Deputy arrested Daniel Michael Ruroden, 51 of Auburn for Driving While License Suspended. Ruroden attempted to flee the Deputy on a 1997 Polaris Sportsman but was located a short time later. Ruroden was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was held until his initial appearance and later released. This incident remains under investigation.
