Paws on Your Heart Pet Rescue Support is taking Fundraising Donations

PAWS ON YOUR HEART PET RESCUE SUPPORT, GREAT GIVE DAY 2026—GIVE ONCE AND BENEFIT MANY!

Great Give Day is a one-day online event hosted by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, where Paws has an endowment. This event is the ONLY fundraising we do each year.

Paws receives no government funding. It depends SOLELY on donations to fund its work to support homeless cats and/or dogs in small animal rescues and shelters in Iowa.

We are a nonprofit that gives grants to small, dog and/or cat rescues in IA. We also offer ideas for fundraising, products sources, funders, and other help with specific rescue needs. All funds go directly to helping dogs and cats, none go to administrative costs.

There are 2 ways you can donate:

• SEND IN A DONATION ON GREAT GIVE DAY. Wednesday, May 20. online at www.greatgiveday.org/organization/Pawspetrescue and make a donation. Donations received ON Great Give Day qualify Paws for extra prizes! Gifts made at match hours (am 8-10, aft 1-3, and eve 8-10) are doubled!

• SEND A CHECK ANYTIME BY MAIL. If it is easiest to make a donation by mail, you can mail a check to Paws on Your Heart Pet Rescue Support at 726 Acre St, Guttenberg, IA 52052.
