Prarie du Chien City Council begins the process to accept bids for the Public Safety Center

The Prairie du Chien City Council approved action to let bids for the new Public Safety Center. The estimated 10-million dollar project will be built on the former Hospital Site in the city. Bids are expected to be open at a March Council meeting.

The Council approved Lucinda Balk will transition to Part-Time Administrative Assistant. The City will also be advertising for a new City Clerk/Treasurer. The position is currently held by Megan Pedretti who will be retiring in August.
