Randall "Randy" Lee Carroll of Manchester

Randall “Randy” Lee Carroll, 61, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. He was born on July 23, 1964, the son of Paul “Sid” and Frances (Tanner) Carroll. Randy was a 1982 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School.

Randy worked as a restaurant manager for Chi Chi’s Mexican Restaurant in the Quad Cities and Des Moines. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Cub fan, he enjoyed playing cribbage with his father, and spending time with family.

He is survived by his father Paul “Sid” Carroll; step-mother Jean Carroll; children Brandon Carroll and Emily Carroll; three grandchildren; and step-siblings Dave Dunham, Steve Dunham and Nicole Litterer.

Randy was preceded in death by his mother Frances Carroll; brothers Kenneth Carroll and Gregory Carroll; and step-brother Mike Dunham.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester, Iowa, with Reverend Gabriel Anderson officiating.

Visitation: 9:00-10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester, Iowa.

Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester, Iowa.
