Wauzeka Man Arrested

On Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, at approximately 8:37 p.m., Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that a traffic stop was conducted on WI-STH 27 and CTH D in the Village of Eastman, Wisconsin. During the stop, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office K-9 (Diego) was utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substances in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine paraphernalia. The operator of the vehicle, Lukas Pitzer (39 ) of Wauzeka, Wisconsin, was subsequently arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Also, Pitzer was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating a motor vehicle with expired registration. All individual(s) are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
