Incident details: DALTON HAGEN was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail  on two arrest warrants for Violation Of Probation. 

An Iowa City woman was charged in connection with a one-vehicle accident in Winneshiek County. Authorities report that the accident occurred on July 26^th at 3:58pm. 30-year old Gina Marie Payne was

operating a 2015 Toyota RAV4 on Drake Hill Road. Payne was reportedly going too fast up a hill, the vehicle got to close to the shoulder and slid into the ditch, coming to rest on its side. No injuries were reported and Payne was charged with failure to maintain control. Damage totaled eight-thousand dollars.
