Incident Details: Deputies responded to a report of a violation of no contact order that had occurred at a residence on Lewis Street in Calmar. Subsequently, Irene Archer was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for Simple Misdemeanor Violation of a No Contact Order.

After further investigation, William Archer Jr (60) of Calmar, was also charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.

On May 5, 2026, while incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, Irene Archer was served with a violation of probation arrest warrant. Irene Archer was also additionally charged with another simple misdemeanor violation of a no contact order.
