The Clayton Soil and Water Conservation District will be holding their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the USDA Service Center, Elkader, IA starting at 3:00 p.m.
The tentative agenda is as follows: approval of minutes; treasurer’s report and approval of bills; Targeted Nutrient Reduction Systems project report; FARMS cost share cancelations, applications, amendments and completed projects; and various updates.
