Clayton Ridge School Board Meeting Minutes from April 15th

1. Approved the following hires and transfers:

2. Approved the following: 2026-27 CREA Master Contract/Handbook & Individual Contracts; 2027-27 CRESPA Master Contract/Handbook & Individual Contracts

3. A second reading was held of the following policies and they were approved as presented: 400, 401.01, 401.02, 401.03, 401.04, 401.05, 401.05R1, 401.06, 401.07, 401.08, 401.09, 401.10, 401.11, 401.12, 401.12R1, 401.13, 401.14, 402.01, 402.02, 402.02R1, 402.03, 402.03R1, 402.04, 402.05, 402.06, 406.05, 406.06, 407.05, and 501.15.

4. Approved a facility use agreement for Debbie Fischer to use the Garnavillo MS Gym on July 3-4 for a quilt show.

5. Approved the proposed technology purchases and enter into a four-year lease agreement with Apple Inc. requiring annual payments of $51,531.14 (agreement total of $206,124.56).

6. Approved a quote from Offset Construction to complete concrete work in front of the Middle School entrance in the amount of $18,902.

7. Approved up to 14 hours of extended school year hours for special education.

8. Approved the termination of Donald Schneider as Bus Driver, effective immediately.
