Delaware County Authorities release information on minor accident and one arrest

A Manchester woman was charged following a minor two-vehicle accident in Edgewood. Delaware County Authorities report that the accident occurred on March 4th at 8:37pm. 18-year old Chloe Evelyn Letts of Manchester was operating a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 westbound on Madison Street. Letts stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of North Washington Street and turned left at the intersection and collided with a 2018 GM Acadia operated by 65-year old Rose Marie Miller of Edgewood. No injuries reported and damage totaled three-thousand dollars. Letts was charged with Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.
