Delaware County Media Release from February 5th to the 11th

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Thursday, February 5, 2026, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Addison Marie Gumm, 18, of Bernard, on an active arrest warrant for Interference with Official Acts (Simple Misdemeanor). This charge stemmed from a traffic stop on October 5, 2025 near Earlville. Gumm was taken into custody from the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Friday, February 6, 2026, at approximately 2:30 PM, The Joint County Emergency Response Team, composed of Deputies and Officers from the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Jones County Sheriff’s Office, Anamosa Police Department, Monticello Police Department, Cascade Police Department, and Manchester Police Department, arrested Luke Thomas Phillips, 21, of Manchester, on an active Delaware County Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant for three counts of Assault while Displaying a Dangerous Weapon (Aggravated Misdemeanor).

On Friday, February 6, 2026, at approximately 11:00 PM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Eric Alexander Austin, 27, of Manchester, Alexandra Calderon, 25, of Manchester, and Davon Jermaine Dillon, 28, of Manchester. Austin was charged with Operating While Under the Influence- 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor), Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense, and received a citation for Careless Driving. Dillon was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). Calderon was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and received a citation for Open Container. These arrests were made following a traffic stop on Highway 20 near Manchester.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, at approximately 1:30 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jessica Maraya McLamb, 25, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Rashida Ain Kelly, 36, of Rantoul, Illinois. McLamb was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). Kelly was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). These arrests were made after finding a vehicle with a flat tire on the side of the road near the intersection of Jefferson Road and 221st Street.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Sunday, February 8, 2026, at approximately 8:00 PM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Grant Michael Morris, 26, of Manchester. Morris was charged with Operating While Under the Influence- 2nd Offense (Aggravated Misdemeanor). Morris also received a citation for Improper Head Lamps. This arrest was made following a traffic stop near the intersection of 210th Avenue and 247th Street.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Monday, February 9, 2026, at approximately 12:15 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Destiny Dawn Sisler, 30, of Dubuque. Sisler was charged with Operating While Under the Influence- 2nd Offense (Aggravated Misdemeanor), Driving While License Denied or Revoked- OWI (Serious Misdemeanor), and Operating Without an Interlock (Simple Misdemeanor). Sisler also received citations for Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Nonregistered Vehicle, and Driving Under Suspension. This arrest was made following a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 38 and 210th Street.

MEDIA RELEASE:

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at approximately 6:30 AM, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jeffrey Wayne Cook, 59, of Dundee. Cook was charged with Control of Firearm or Offensive Weapon by Domestic Abuser (Class D Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor). This arrest was made following a report of a disturbance near Dundee.
