Earlville Woman Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident, Colesburg Woman Charged in Connection with a Two-Vehicle Accident

An Earlville woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County. 68-year old Kathryn A Hunt was injured in the accident. The accident occurred on July 31st at 7am. Hunt was operating a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and just pulled westbound onto Highway 20 and was getting up to speed in the right lane. 25-year old Noah A. Vosteen of Reynolds, Illinois was operating a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. The Vosteen vehicle rear-ended the Hunt vehicle, which ended up in the ditch. Hunt was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Regional Medical Center in Manchester by Earlville Ambulance. Damage totaled 30-thousand dollars and Vosteen was charged with Following Too Close.
A Colesburg woman was charged in connection with a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County. 19-year old Ava Lynn Beck was charged with Fail to Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right of Way. The accident occurred on July 22nd at 4:31pm. Beck was operating a 2021 Toyota Rave and pulled away from the stop sign at 332nd Avenue and Floyd Road. The Beck vehicle pulled in front of a 2013 Chevrolet Impala operated by 60-year old Roger Allan Paul of Greeley. No injuries reported and damage totaled 13-thousand dollars.
