Fayette County Arrest Incidents

On 10/04/2025 at approximately 9:21 PM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a single vehicle accident in the City of Elgin.  Once Deputies arrived it was learned the driver of a blue 2021 Chevrolet Silverado had struck a light pole and then left the scene.  Through an investigation it was learned 28-year-old Brian Jensen was operating his truck when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole then fled the scene.  Deputies attempted to locate Jensen but could not.  On 10/09/2025 Jensen was taken into custody on 4 valid Fayette County arrest warrants; failure to provide financial liability, striking fixtures upon a highway, open container, and failure to maintain control.  Jensen was booked into the Fayette County Jail where he posted a $500.00 cash bond and was released. 

 On October 21, 2025 at approximately 8:27 PM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received report of a domestic assault in the city of Fayette.  Upon investigation, Deputies arrested 22-year-old Ashlee Ann Heins of Fayette for Domestic Abuse Assault.  Heins was transported to the Fayette County Jail and later appeared before a Magistrate.
