Fayette County Authorities Release Information on Four Arrest Incidents

On July 31st, a Fayette County Deputy arrested Victoria Ann Nieman, age 48 of Maynard on a valid Dubuque County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Nieman was transported to the Fayette County Jail where she later bonded out on a $1,500 c/s bond.

On Aug 2nd, a Fayette County Deputy arrested Tyler Benjamin Horton, age 37 of Hawkeye, on a valid Cerro Gordo County Warrant for Theft 5th degree. Horton was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he later bonded out on a $300 c/s bond.

On August 1st, 2026, a Fayette County Deputy arrested Kendra Honey Richards (age 54), of Oelwein, on an active arrest warrant for Theft 3rd Degree. Kendra was transported to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office where she was held on a $2,000.00 cash or surety bond.

On 7/31/2026  at approximately 12:35 PM, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a call of an assault taking place. After an investigation Michael R. Becker, 41 y/o of Fayette, was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault - 2nd Offense and was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he awaited for his initial appearance with a magistrate. The Fayette County Sheriff's Office was assisted by Iowa State Patrol.
