Monona City Council Approves Purchase of Property

The Monona City Council approved the purchase of Commercial Property off of Highway 18. The property was purchased from James Wagner for five-thousand dollars. The City will use part of the property for the Butterfly Trail.
The Council will be accepting bids for the property at 111 West Center Street. Bids will be due on August 14th by 4pm.
The Council will hold their first meeting of next month on September 8th due to Labor Day being the first Monday of the month.
