As a result of the injures sustained in the fall, the 44-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Grant County Coroners Office.

The name of the victim is being withheld at this time, pending notification of family. This matter remains under investigation by the Grant County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Department of Labor - OSHA, and the Grant County Coroner's Office.
