Funds will be used to pay off a construction loan for the Guttenberg Resource Center. No city taxes will be used for the funding and their is no city commitment. The GEIDC is using the cities tax-exempt status. The refinancing is expected to save at least 100-thousand dollars.

The Council set March 23rd as the date for the Public Hearing for the City Budget.

They also approved the purchase of a Diamond Mower attachment to be used with an end loader for 100-thousand dollars.
