The Mar-Mac Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run accident involving a red semi-truck hauling lumber. The incident occurred on April 7, 2026, at approximately 4:08 p.m.
The semi-truck unlawfully traveled on a weight-restricted roadway within the City of Marquette and struck a stop sign.
The vehicle has an unidentified company logo on the driver-side door and may display a Minnesota license plate.
