The Marquette City Council is moving forward with the Twin Bluffs Subdivision project and the plan to raise up a section of Bloody Run Road. It includes infrastructure work for Twin Bluffs and also includes raising 330-feet of Bloody Run Road one foot taller than the berm to ease flood concerns. The entire projects is expected to total 1.27-million dollars. The city will be the projects out to bid.
