Prairie du Chien City Council approved a bid for Illinois Street Reconstruction Project. The project totals nearly 1.4-million and includes street, water and sewage work from Washington to Webster Street. A start date has not been determined.
The Council also approved the bid for the Well #5 project. That bid totals just over 1.4-million dollars.
The Council also received word that the city has received a grant up to 80-thousand dollars for LED upgrades at Hoffman Hall.
