Waterloo man seriously injured in motorcycle accident and two arrest incidents in Winneshiek County

A Waterloo man was seriously injured when his motorcycle struck a deer in Winneshiek County. 30-year old Kaleb David Breitspecher was injured in the accident. Authorities report that the accident happened on June 30th at 9:36pm. Breitspecher was operating a 2018 Harley Davidson and was traveling on Highway 24 when he collided with a deer. The vehicle went off the road and ended up in the ditch. Breitspecher was transported to the Winneshiek County Medical Center with several severe injuries. Damage totaled over 10-thousand dollars.
