Winneshiek County Authorities release information on two-vehicle accident and a Warrant Arrest

A Calmar teen was charged in connection with a two-vehicle accident in Winneshiek County. The accident happened on April 8th at 3:34pm on Highway 52 and 200th Street. 17-year old Gracyn Ella Humpal of Calmar was operating a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and failed to stop for a vehicle that slowed. That vehicle was a 2014 Dodge Durango operated by 30-year old Irene Kelly Yost of Fort Atkinson. No injuries reported, damage totaled 30-thousand dollars and Humpal was charged with Failure to Maintain Control.
