Woodman Man Charged With Possession of Meth and Other Charges After Traffic Stop

Prairie du Chien, Wis. - On Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit (Diego) conducted a traffic stop in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
During the stop, K9 Diego was utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substances within the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The driver, Michael Dilley, 51, of Woodman, Wisconsin, exhibited signs of possible narcotics impairment. Dilley was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Restricted Controlled Substance – Second Offense.
The Prairie du Chien Police Department assisted with the incident.
