Oelwein woman arrested for Failure to Appear on Charges including Child Endangerment

On 4-30-26 at approximately 11:15 a.m. Taylor M. Johnson, 26 of Oelwein was arrested at the Fayette County Sheriff's Office on a valid arrest warrant. The warrant was for failure to appear, original charges of Child endangerment and possession of Marijuana first offense. Bond was set in the amount of $5000.00 cash or surety. A second warrant was also issued for Failure to appear, original charge was for Forgery, and bond was set in the amount of $10,000 cash or surety. Johnson was booked into the Fayette County Jail awaiting her initial appearance.
