Waterloo man arrested on Fayette County Warrant

On April 28^th, 2026, at approximately 1:27 p.m. a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy took custody of 39-year-old John Medina of Waterloo, Iowa. Medina was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office on a valid Fayette County Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear with the original charge being Driving While Barred. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office.
