Delaware County Authorities release information on three weather related accidents. The first accident occurred on March 16th at 2:45am. 30-year old Matthew Alan Vaske of Manchester was operating a 2017 Peterbilt Milk Truck. Vaske was traveling eastbound on 255th Street when he drove into white-out conditions. The truck went into the north ditch and rolled onto its side.
