A Masonville man escaped injury in a semi-rollover accident in Delaware County. The accident occcurred on September 19th at 5:12pm. 20-year old Marcus James Wenger was operating a 2012 Freightliner Semi on 120th avenue and turned east onto 325th street. Wenger turned too sharply and the trailer entered the south ditch causing the trailer to roll. No injuries reported. Damage totaled 80-thousand dollars.

The Clayton County Board of Supervisors will be accepting bids for a bridge project and two different road projects. The Supervisors considered final plans and specs for the Bighorn Road Bridge Replacement over Hewett Creek and resurfacing projects for Diplomat Road and Pleasant Ridge Road, west of Monona and Edgewood Avenue from State Highway 18/52 to 115th Street. The Monona City Council approved moving ahead with the West Iowa Street Project with the County. The project will cost the city nearly 323-thousand dollars. A Delhi man escaped injury after his vehicle left the roadway and struck a light pole. 41-year old Derek Charles Harbach was operating a 2006 General Motors Yukon on Franklin Street in Delhi. on October 7th at 5:49pm. After a week long investigation, a 16 year old male was charged with 2 counts of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse, both aggravated misdemeanors. It was learned that in 2025 a male who then was 15, had assaulted two female victims, both under the age of 10. The male was charged and referred to juvenile court services.
