A Greeley woman was charged with Failure to Maintain Control following a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on April 20th at 4:49pm. 63-year old Dianna Lynn McDonough was operating a 2018 Kia Rio on Highway 38. McDonough stated she had a medical event.
