The Iowa State Patrol reports that a Hopkinton man was killed and two-people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday near Worthington. 82-year old Lorin R. Fayette County Authorities release information on two separate accidents including one that involved anhydrous ammonia tanks
